"Road Assistance" is a solution for drivers in case of immobility of their car, which is provided in the form of on the spot services realized by our own fleet of towing trucks. If it is impossible to eliminate the problem on spot.The immobilized car shall be towed to a place desired by the client or the next garage – accordingly to the terms and conditions.

The service is available for clients 24 hours/7 days a week within 60 minutes at the latest and it covers the whole territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

For the provisioning of Road Assistance service the following are available:

  • A call center working 24 hours day , equipped with voice recording, as well as GPS control systems for monitoring and management of the towing trucks,
  • Own vehicles, of which 8 new tow vehicles Iveco Daily 65С15 fitted with hoisting platforms with lifting capacity 3.50 tons and 5.00 m length, as well as two specialized trucks Mercedes Atego with hoisting platforms 5.50 m length and 4.50 tons lifting capacity.
  • Third partner companies with more than 50 towing trucks on our disposal, meeting high requirements set by the company for providing of Road Assistance service.
  • Trained staff ready to provide assistance and take care of the clients’ needs by providing flexible solutions.

Our DRINK and DRIVE service ensures the safe and comfortable transport of drivers when they are unable to drive, after consumption of alcohol or for another reason preventing the driver to sit behind the wheel. You only need to call our CALL CENTER or make a request through the mobile app and ask for a substitute driver. After we receive the information about your specific location and desired time for pickup, our employees will dispatch one or more teams to assist your safe ride.

The service is available 24/7 for the territory of the city of Sofia, with an average time of 20 minutes for our confirmation of the request.
